About Me

I have always been a hands-on kind of guy, and between my own projects and 30+ years of being involved in and around the construction industry – from site work, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, to finish and trim work – I became interested in the Inspection aspect of construction.
The years of various construction experience, plus over 450 hours of TREC-required education, have provided me with the knowledge and experience necessary to give a professional, complete, and accurate home inspection.
Please contact me if you have any questions, or for your home inspection needs. Also, please feel free to pass along my business information to others in search of a home inspector.
Issues Found

Pictured below are just a few of the issues that I have found in the homes I have inspected. Some were new homes, some were older. Most any home of any age will have its share of issues. Some minor, some major. The purpose of a complete , thorough inspection is to point out the issues that can cost money or pose a safety hazard. A prepurchase home inspection can save you thousands of dollars and headaches down the road. My first priority is safety in and around the home and property. Some seemingly minor problems could be major safety factors for you and your family.
The HVAC contractor cut away a major portion of the strongback to make room for duct work.
This flashing is lifting due to the nails backing out.
Possible signs of wood-destroying insect infestation.
Live wires were exposed in the panel, among other issues, presenting a major safety hazard.
